If your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your package is delivered.

Return Process

Unless the return is related to a damaged product, defective merchandise, or a shipping error, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

After the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used during checkout.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error made by ZsvnkDv™.
